Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at our company, you will play a key role in driving our marketing initiatives within the IT field. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing marketing strategies to support the growth of our IT solutions and services - Managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, setting clear goals and expectations - Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the IT sector - Creating and overseeing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels - Collaborating with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives - Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns for continuous improvement - Developing and managing the marketing budget for optimal resource allocation - Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with industry partners and key stakeholders - Overseeing the production of marketing collateral and ensuring compliance with industry regulations - Writing strategy documents and presentations for internal support and vendor partnerships Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred) - Proven track record of successful data-driven decision-making - Experience in marketing leadership roles, particularly in the IT industry - Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions - Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills - Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage a marketing team - Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools - Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth - Understanding of effective document and presentation production - Located in Rajkot If you are interested in this role, please send your detailed CV to careers@improwised.com.,
