Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1 Year Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1 year of experience to help drive company growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals to expand the customer base. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client needs. Schedule meetings with potential clients to present company offerings. Follow up on leads and close business deals. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies. Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or related role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Basic understanding of sales tools (e.g., CRM software). Ability to work independently and handle pressure. Preferred Experience in [specific industry, e.g., B2B SaaS, EdTech, etc.] Knowledge of lead generation platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo. Familiarity with sales metrics and reporting.
