Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Freelance Business Development Executive (BDE) who can drive sales for our cutting-edge AI recruitment platform. This is a freelance/commission-based role ideal for candidates with a strong network in staffing, HR consulting, BPOs/KPOs Fintech, or tech recruitment domains.

Requirements: BBA/MBA 1 year of experience in sales domain is must.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities for Intvix’s AI interview platformGenerate leads and build relationships with HR teams, staffing agencies, BPOs,/KPOs, Fintech and tech companiesConduct product demos and explain value proposition of AI-powered recruitmentWork closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clientsTrack leads, maintain CRM entries, and provide regular sales updatesAchieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR Tech / SaaS / Recruitment solutionsStrong understanding of recruitment workflows and ATS/CRM systemsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independentlyPrior experience working with recruitment agencies, BPOs, or tech hiring is a big plusFreelancers or consultants with an existing HR industry network preferred
