Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in market research and analysis to identify potential clients and projects within the real estate and construction sectors.
• Support in developing and executing strategies to attract new clients and expand our client base.
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and meetings to initiate contact with potential clients and introduce our consultancy services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and presentations for client meetings and industry events.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed sales.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
