Job Description

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify, qualify, and nurture leads using various sales channels such as cold calls, emails, and social media. It is essential to stay updated on our products and services to effectively address customer needs and showcase the value our solutions can offer. You will engage with potential customers to understand their business requirements and present how our offerings can meet their challenges. Conducting virtual presentations, product demos, and webinars will be part of your routine to educate customers on our solutions. You will be required to manage the sales pipeline in our CRM system, ensuring accurate updates on contact information, engagement status, and sales progress. Building strong relationships with customers, providing after-sales support, and recognizing upsell/cross-sell opportunities are crucial aspects of the role. Collaboration with Marketing, Technical, and Product teams is key to enhancing customer experience and driving solution adoption. Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly pipeline/sales targets and KPIs is vital for success in this position. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Btech/BCA degree in a related field and demonstrate a track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and online research tools is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying complex information. Ideally, you should have 4-8 years of experience in a similar role. Experience with cloud solutions and SaaS sales models, along with a quota-driven environment, will be advantageous. A solid understanding of sales processes, market analysis, and the ability to build lasting client relationships are desired qualities. Being proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented will contribute to your success in this role. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred for this position.,
