Job Description

1. ObjectiveTo promote and expand the company’s Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) business by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and maintaining relationships to increase market share and brand visibility. 2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Lead Generation & Client AcquisitionIdentify potential customers such as builders, industries, institutions, hotels, and housing societies. Generate inquiries through field visits, online marketing, exhibitions, and references. Maintain a database of prospects and regularly follow up to convert leads into sales. B. Marketing & BrandingPromote the company’s products and services through digital, print, and outdoor media. Support in preparing marketing materials like brochures, presentations, and social media posts. Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and client meetings. C. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. Coordinate with the technical team for quotations, proposals, and tender submissions. Handle client queries and provide basic technical explanations (with support from engineers). D. Market Research & ReportingConduct competitor analysis, market trends, and pricing studies. Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports for management. Suggest new strategies to increase sales and brand presence. E. Coordination & DocumentationCoordinate with design, project, and finance teams for proposal and billing processes. Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, and sales status. Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures. 3. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Environmental Science, or Engineering (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in industrial, infrastructure, or water treatment marketing. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of STP/ETP systems and environmental services (preferred). Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms. 4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of leads generated per month. Conversion rate of inquiries to orders. Client retention and satisfaction score. Marketing campaigns executed successfully. Revenue growth from new and existing clients. 5. Work EnvironmentFrequent field visits to sites and client offices. Coordination with internal technical and project teams. Occasional travel for exhibitions or corporate meetings.
