Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Vacancies: 10 Salary: 10,000 - 25,000/month Location: Pune Job Overview: As a Business Development Executive , you will drive lead generation efforts, engage with prospective clients, and convert them into long-term partnerships. You'll play a key role in expanding our student base by identifying new sales opportunities and providing exceptional customer support throughout the enrollment process. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate and nurture sales leads. Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate educational programs. Sales Conversion: Convert leads into successful enrollments while achieving monthly sales targets. Customer Support: Assist students with documentation, inquiries, and the enrollment process. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report progress regularly. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Target-driven with a focus on meeting sales goals.
