Position Purpose

leading Japanese MNC

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Channel Management

  • Create and execute territory sales plans with strong B2B and Government funnel creation.
  • Appoint, manage, and grow SI & VAR partners to expand market reach.
  • Set partner targets, review performance, and manage funnel & forecasting.
  • Work with national and regional SIs on large Government and enterprise projects.
  • Account mapping for printers, scanners, desktops, laptops, and related solutions.

Government & B2B Sales

  • Hands-on experience with

    GeM (Government e-Marketplace)

    is mandatory.
  • Handle Government opportunities, tenders, and B2B sales lifecycle.
  • Manage B2B pipeline, forecasting, and data-driven reporting.

Product & Solution Portfolio

  • IT Hardware: Printers, Desktops, Laptops, Computers
  • Office Automation: Scanners, Kiosks, Headsets, Vending Machines
  • Security & Surveillance: CCTV, Biometrics, Barcode Solutions
  • ERP & allied enterprise solutions

Marketing & Execution

  • Execute BTL activities, partner programs, schemes, and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Enable partners through product training and sales capability building.
  • Resolve channel issues related to pricing, logistics, and backend processes.

Reporting

  • Monthly planning, target achievement, and MIS reporting.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and partner feedback.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education:

    Any Graduate / Postgraduate
  • Experience:

    3–5 years in B2B & Channel Sales
  • Mandatory:

    Government sales exposure (GeM experience preferred)
  • Industry Background:

    IT Hardware, Office Automation, ERP, Security Surveillance
