Job Description

The Leasing Intern will support the Retail Leasing team in managing leasing operations for retail assets. This role offers hands-on exposure to retail leasing, client coordination, market research, and documentation within the commercial real estate domain.

Role & responsibilities

Assist the Retail Leasing team in
identifying and sourcing potential clients
.
Support in
market research
, competitor analysis, and preparation of leasing proposals.
Help maintain and update
client databases, and MIS reports
.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Projects) for leasing-related activities.
Assist in
site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups
.
Support in preparation of
lease documents, LOIs, and presentations
.
Track leasing leads and ensure timely communication with prospective tenants.
Assist in documentation required for
approvals, handovers, and compliance
.

Preferred candidate profile

Pursuing or recently completed
MBA / PGDM / Bachelors degree in
Business Administration
/
Marketing / Real Estate.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding or strong interest in
commercial/retail real estate leasing
.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
