Job Description

About the Role:

Fonix Technologies is seeking a smart, technically aware, and highly driven Business Development Executive to drive sales and acquire high-value clients across India and globally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, handling client communications, preparing technical documentation, and closing deals across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Identify, qualify, and acquire new high-ticket clients globally and in India.

•

Handle end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation, requirement understanding, proposal writing, negotiations to deal closures.

•

Conduct in-depth research to assess project feasibility, scope, and suggest alternative approaches using AI tools (ChatGPT, Grok, DeepSeek, Claude, etc.)

•

Analyze client requirements and prepare PRDs, proposals, and other technical documentation.

•

Communicate effectively with Indian and international clients via calls, chats, and emails.

•

Manage client expectations, handle conflicts, and maintain long-term relationships.

•

Stay updated with latest technology trends across Web, Mobile, UI/UX, AI/ML, SaaS, No-Code/Low-Code, Automation, and Cloud technologies.

•

Collaborate with internal technical teams for pre-sales, post-sales coordination, and smooth project onboarding.

•

Prepare professional presentations, reports, and documentation using MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva, etc.

•

Comfortable with flexible working hours to match client time zones if needed.

Must-Have Skills:

•

Excellent English communication (written & verbal).

•

Strong technical understanding of IT Services: Web, Mobile, UI/UX, AI/ML, SaaS, No-Code/Low-Code, Cloud, Automation.

•

Proficiency in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Grok, DeepSeek, Claude, etc.) for research, documentation & proposal writing.

•

Strong problem-solving skills, negotiation abilities, and leadership qualities.

•

Solid understanding of full sales cycle: inbound, outbound, pre-sales, and post-sales.

•

Ability to conduct market research, scope identification, and project feasibility analysis.

•

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and documentation tools.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

•

Experience with bidding and sales on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Contra, LinkedIn, etc.

•

Prior experience working in IT services or software sales.

Educational Qualification:

•

Any degree (IT, Computer Science, or any other discipline) can apply.

•

However, candidates must possess strong technical understanding of Web, App, UI/UX, SaaS, No-Code, AI/ML, and related technologies along with solid understanding of IT design & development agency sales, processes, and delivery models.
