Role & responsibilities Assisting the commercial team in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of commercial activities. Coordinating with existing clients and concessionaires to ensure seamless operation of outlets at RRTS stations and providing support as needed. Engaging with potential clients to establish rapport, arrange meetings, and promote the opening of commercial outlets/kiosks at RRTS transit stations. Assisting in planning and overseeing new commercial and marketing initiatives, benchmarking against competitors in airports, malls, railways, and metros. Supporting efforts to increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Identifying and analyzing new market trends for improving the concessionaire's sales performance. Conducting regular visits to stations to oversee and ensure the effective implementation of commercial development. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree Experience in retail preferred Interest in pursuing a career in commercial development, particularly in the metro, airport, or Malls – Retail sectors. Basic knowledge of business operations, sales, and marketing. Strong communication and IT skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision and handle uncertainty effectively. Interpersonal - Communication & other Related Skills.
