Job Description: This is a remote position. Salary Pay Out Expectations: ₹50,000/- per month. Job Overview: Are you passionate about helping people beat lifestyle diseases and get their energy back? Do you love deep, honest conversations and want to make a serious income by transforming lives? We’re hiring a persuasive, high-integrity Sales Closer who can guide potential clients through a structured consultation process and enroll them into our health transformation programs. You’ll be trained in advanced introspection techniques used by top health coaches and psychologists to create real breakthroughs on calls. Responsibilities: 1-on-1 Video Consultations : Speak to warm, inbound leads and guide them toward the right fitness transformation path. Calendar Commitment : Keep at least 100 slots open/month to take inbound consultation calls. Daily Check-ins : Morning and end-of-day status updates (Mon–Sat). Slack Availability : Online and responsive from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST. Trust Building : Establish rapport and real emotional connection with prospects. Honest Selling : Only enroll people who are genuinely a good fit for our programs. Confident Closing : Help people make the best decision for their health , even when it’s uncomfortable. Performance Mindset : Know your metrics, track your growth, and aim to outperform yourself weekly. CRM Hygiene : Maintain accurate call notes and pipeline updates in the CRM. Brand Standard : Uphold the high standards of Fitness Coaches in tone, ethics, and execution. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience as a sales closer or in a similar role within a target-driven sales environment (minimum 1 year). Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills for effective and persuasive video calls. Active Listening: Exceptional active listening and problem-solving skills to understand client needs. Empathy and Trust: Ability to empathize with clients and build trust. Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and capable of working in a remote environment. Education: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in the sales industry preferred. Sales Cycle: Experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing. Negotiation and Presentation: Strong negotiation and presentation skills. CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred. Benefits: Compensation: Fixed salary of Rs 25,000 with a basic performance expectation with a competitive commission structure starting from the 5th sale. Commission Structure: - For the next 5-8 sales: 8% commission = 4 * ₹20,000 = ₹80,000 % 8 = ₹6,400 - For 9-15 sales: 10% commission = ₹20,000 * 7 = ₹1,40,000 % 10 = ₹14,000 - For 16-30 sales: 12% commission = ₹20,000 * 3 = ₹60,000 % 12 = ₹7,200 Assuming you did 18 Sales for ₹20,000 Total Revenue Generated = ₹3,60,000 Your Pay = Base Salary + Total Incentives = ₹25,000 + ₹27,000 = ₹52,600 Impact: The opportunity to make a real difference in people's health.
