Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for Marketing content creation.
Meet customers and inform them about the real estate project with complete details.
Attend and greet customers visiting on site and answer phone calls for marketing inquiries.
Conduct field visits for various works related to bank / marketing (for male candidate only.)
Customer documentation as per format provided by the company.
Manage customer leads suitably. Responsible for the effective and professional handling of all customer interactions.
Good communication skills, mathematical calculation skills, IQ and proficiency in English.
This is not a target based sales job. However, the candidate is expected to be involved in marketing and sales support operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate having 3-6 years of experience in customer dealing and general marketing.
Experience in real estate industry would be helpful.
Good communication skills, Customer relationship management, Interpersonal skills, Collaboration with other team members.
CRM Skills with legal integration.
