The candidate will be responsible for generating New Business for Exhibition.
Development of new corporate clients for exhibitions.
Client Interaction & Business Generation.
The candidate will be responsible for handling Project Development starting from the Concept Layout, Space Planning to the co-ordination and Execution.
Will be have to ensure the achievement of Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Targets for the Team
Will have to ensure the delivery to the client is up to his expected level of Quality
Upgrading the skill levels of the team members
Will be responsible to Review the on-going work and the new Business generation for the team
To research new leads and follow up existing leads
Preferred candidate profile
Excellent leadership qualities & technically sound. Excellent communication, problem-solving, management and organizational skills.
Candidate with good exposure with architectural/interior Firm with exposure to Retail projects preferred.
Should have good contacts within the Industry.
Eye for Detailing and anticipation of problems
