Inside Sales Representative
Role & Responsibilities
- Qualify and convert leads and execute targeted outbound prospecting to build a predictable sales pipeline.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles—discover needs, present solutions, negotiate terms, and close business to meet monthly quotas.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activity logs, and forecasts in the CRM; update lead statuses and follow-up actions daily.
- Work cross-functionally with recruitment, delivery and marketing teams to prepare proposals, SOWs and ensure smooth handoffs.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant services to existing customers to maximize lifetime value and reduce churn.
- Achieve individual and team targets, participate in regular coaching, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales playbooks.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 1–8 years of inside sales or business development experience with a demonstrable track record of hitting targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with confident cold-calling and consultative selling ability.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho or similar) and basic Excel for pipeline reporting.
- Customer-focused, target-driven mindset and ability to prioritise high-value opportunities.
Preferred
- Experience in recruitment, job boards, fashion/media, retail or services sales; familiarity with B2B contracting is a plus.
- Multilingual ability (Hindi + English) and prior exposure to commission/incentive-driven roles.
