Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within central, state, and local government bodies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key government officials, departments, and agencies. Monitor and participate in government tenders, RFPs, and empanelment processes relevant to drone technology. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, legal, and marketing) to tailor solutions to government requirements. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and government meetings. Drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and solution-oriented selling. Maintain a thorough understanding of drone regulations, government procurement policies, and competitive landscape. Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and sales reports. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred). 2–4 years of experience in B2G sales or business development, preferably in drone, aerospace, defense, or related tech industries. Strong understanding of public sector procurement, tendering, and compliance processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel for client meetings, demos, and events as needed. Prior experience dealing with defense or Internal security departments is a plus. Show more Show less
