Position Overview We seek a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive our growth in the drone light show market. This role will focus on building relationships with key clients, identifying new market opportunities, and positioning our company as the premier provider of drone light show experiences. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in the entertainment, events, and corporate sectors Build and maintain relationships with event production companies, marketing agencies, and direct corporate clients Identify and pursue opportunities for drone light shows at major events, festivals, product launches, and celebrations Create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our capabilities and differentiate us from competitors Negotiate contracts and ensure successful client onboarding Collaborate with our creative and technical teams to understand capabilities and communicate client requirements Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments affecting drone shows Represent the company at industry events and trade shows Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets Qualifications 3+ years of business development or sales experience, preferably in entertainment, events, or technology sectors Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client relationships Understanding of the events industry, corporate marketing initiatives, and entertainment production Technical aptitude and ability to discuss drone technology and creative production with confidence Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) Preferred Skills/Experience Prior experience in drone technology, live entertainment, or event production Understanding of DGCA regulations and safety protocols related to drone operations Experience selling premium services with high production values Network of contacts in the events, entertainment, or corporate marketing sectors Knowledge of international markets and regulations for drone shows Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission structure Comprehensive health insurance Professional development opportunities Front-row access to some of the most spectacular drone shows in the world Location On-site, Gurugram, Haryana Show more Show less
