3D Technical Animator (Blender + 3D Motion Artists )

We’re crafting experiences that light up the night sky—blending motion, sound, and code to tell unforgettable stories. As we expand our team, we're looking for a creative and technically skilled 3D Technical Animator to help bring our drone shows to life with precision and imagination.

This role is ideal for someone who loves pushing Blender beyond the screen and thrives at the intersection of animation, code, and large-scale real-world performances.

What You’ll Do

– Animate drone formations and motion sequences using Blender

– Develop procedural tools using Python or Geometry Nodes

– Translate creative ideas into flyable, real-world animations

– Collaborate with engineers to test, refine, and simulate shows

– Contribute to live performances that blend art and tech at scale

What We’re Looking For

 – Strong understanding of Blender is a must (modeling, animation, procedural workflows)

– 3+ years of experience in 3D animation, motion graphics, or technical art

– Solid grasp of timing, rhythm, and spatial storytelling

– Experience with scripting or Geometry Nodes for automation and control

– Bonus: Exposure to live event visuals or sound design
