Position Overview

We’re looking for passionate and ambitious individuals to join our

Sales (Business Development)

team. This role is ideal for those who are enthusiastic about

IT hardware

, love building relationships, and are ready to grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for leading tech brands such as Cooler Master, iBall, Honeywell, AOC, FujiFilm, Samsung peripherals, OM Systems, and more.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic channel planning.
  • Manage and expand our dealer/distributor network in the region.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer trends and demand patterns.
  • Handle customer relationships, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Submit periodic performance reports and business forecasts to management.

Core Competencies

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Prior experience in channel sales, dealer development, or B2B sales preferred.
  • Negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
