Job Description

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate
new business opportunities
through research, networking, and prospecting.
Develop and maintain a strong
pipeline of qualified leads
and nurture them through the sales cycle.
Conduct
outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events
to engage decision-makers.
Understand client needs and pitch relevant solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Schedule and lead
client meetings, presentations, and product/service demos
.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, delivery) to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Track and report
sales metrics, pipeline status, and market insights
to leadership.
Stay updated on
industry trends, competitor landscape, and client requirements
to stay ahead.

Key Requirements

1–4 years of experience
in business development, sales, or client acquisition (B2B preferred).
Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong client-facing ability.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts/opportunities and meet sales targets.
Experience with
CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
is a plus.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Marketing, or related field
(MBA is a plus).
