Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in Advertising Agency, Branding consultancy, PR company, Events, Design house or Digital marketing with all stages of the sales cycle, especially pitching. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. You will work extensively with founder director of the company and will have overall understanding of his network and experience of more than 21 years and Branding Business acumen for you to make it useful for your Role.


Note : Lucrative stake/partner style payout available in addition to fixed salary.

 

Responsibilities

  • Acquiring new clients and collaborations across industries across Global markets.
  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
  • Assist the founder by reading and researching new opportunities; drafting emails, proposals, and documents; collecting and analyzing information and initiating communication.
  • Locate or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
  • Discover and explores business opportunities.
  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
  • Help close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or direct inquiries.
  • Make creative, strong, impactful presentations.
  • Creating case studies of past work to show credibility.
  • Help the founder & team create social media content and creative ideas for marketing the business
  • Attend events and conferences with the founder to help with networking opportunities and creates contents, reels and other creatives for social media
  • Create proper documentation and filing systems and records meeting discussions.
  • Correct Proposal making as per BrandMatterz's standards
  • Managing Jr.business Development executives or interns most effectively


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree 1-3 years in Media, Advertising, Branding, Design sales industry
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong networking & pitching skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Advertising/Brand agency experience in Pune /rest of Maharashtra is preferred
