Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in New Delhi. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building corporate relationships, and driving revenue through B2B and B2C channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients, travel agents, relocation companies, and long-stay guests.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
  • Promote Olive Service Apartments to potential clients through presentations, meetings, and site visits.
  • Respond to inbound leads, handle inquiries, and convert them into bookings.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential clients using CRM tools.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation activities and promotional campaigns.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide reports to management.
  • Assist with check-in/check-out coordination, guest service queries, and property tours when needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in sales or business development in the hospitality or serviced apartments sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales and long-stay accommodation segment is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel locally within Delhi-NCR.
