Roles and Responsibilities:

1.

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Research and identify potential clients using online platforms, databases, and networking events.
  • Generate quality leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and inbound inquiries.
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for senior sales or management.
2.

Client Communication & Conversion:

  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demos to showcase our products or services.
  • Convert qualified leads into active business opportunities.
3.

Sales Pipeline & Target Achievement:

  • Maintain and update sales pipelines using CRM tools.
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and share regular sales performance reports with the management.
4.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Nurture and manage relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
  • Handle client queries and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the engagement.
  • Act as a bridge between the client and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
5.

Market Research & Strategy Support:

  • Analyze competitor offerings and industry trends to identify growth areas.
  • Provide input for marketing campaigns, lead-generation strategies, and outreach activities.
  • Share feedback with the product team to improve offerings based on client demands.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
    • 0 to 3 years of experience

      in business development, sales, or client servicing.
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
    • Good understanding of the sales process and customer lifecycle.
    • Ability to handle pressure, manage time effectively, and work independently.
    • Enthusiastic, proactive, and career-oriented mindset.
