Roles & Responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and conduct basic telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate data, trackers, and recruitment documentation.
• Assist with job postings, social media hiring promotions, and employer branding activities.
• Support onboarding processes including documentation and induction.
• Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Prepare daily/weekly hiring status reports.
• Collaborate with teams to understand job requirements and hiring needs.

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes.
