We are Hiring! Zipped Hospitality is looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team and help us expand our client network, build relationships, and drive business growth in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and Develop Business Opportunities:

- Research potential clients and projects in the hospitality industry, including hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments.

- Understand the specific needs of each client and propose Zipped Hospitality’s services accordingly.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Establish and nurture relationships with clients, including property developers, hotel owners and investors.

- Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and by addressing their concerns promptly.

3. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the hospitality sector.

- Evaluate competitive landscape and develop strategies to position Zipped Hospitality as a leader in the market.

4. Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business development goals.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

5. Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with the internal teams (Feasibility study, architecture services, project development and hotel management) to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

- Coordinate with marketing to enhance brand visibility and promote services.

6. Networking and Industry Engagement:

- Represent Zipped Hospitality at industry events, conferences and trade shows to network and build industry connections.

- Maintain a strong presence in the hospitality community to enhance the company’s reputation and attract new business.

7. Reporting and Analysis:

- Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.

- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve business targets.

Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (hospitality/real estate preferred).
  • Excellent written & verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, mixed-use developments) and market trends.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and self motivated.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) & basic CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
