o Cold calling from existing internal databases. o Outreach via LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
o Identifying prospective clients for available office inventory and customized workspace solutions.
2. Client Coordination & Site Visits
3. Proposal Sharing & Client Communication
4. Market Intelligence & Competitor Tracking
o Competitor offerings (types of spaces, pricing models, amenities). o New commercial real estate projects and launches in the target markets.
