Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and proficiency in productivity tools like Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify areas of opportunity.
• Provide regular reports and forecasts to management using Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
