Job Description

As a Business Development Executive specializing in Automotive software product sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Leveraging your expertise in sales and business development, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and nurturing relationships with prospective clients. You will work closely with the founder to develop and implement effective strategies to meet sales targets and achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities in the target market segments.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive lead generation activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations to understand client requirements and propose software product offerings.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of proposals, pricing, and other sales materials.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and policies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and guidance on industry trends, best practices, and innovative solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in software product sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and services, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive mindset with a results-driven approach to sales and business development.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Exposure in Automotive Industry will be preferable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
