We are seeking a Business Development Executive with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to join our Mohali based team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Pitch and sell our link building, blogger outreach, and SEO services.
  • Generate qualified leads and manage a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Build long-term relationships with agencies and business owners globally.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams for client onboarding and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and track all communications.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay informed about SEO and digital marketing trends to communicate value effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing / SEO agency sales preferred.
  • Strong command of English (written & spoken).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar CRMs.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven by targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, Excel / Google Sheets, typing, AI tools like ChatGPT.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
