We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and drive new business opportunities.

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our IT services. This role involves lead generation, requirement gathering, proposal submission, client coordination, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, Naukri, Upwork, cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Initiate communication with prospects and introduce Nexossoft’s services.
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls, meetings, and presentations with clients.
  • Understand client requirements and gather necessary technical details.
  • Coordinate with internal development, design, and digital marketing teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Prepare, present, and follow up on proposals, SOWs, and quotations.
  • Negotiate pricing, project timelines, and contract terms with clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, updates, and escalations.
  • Ensure smooth handover and onboarding of clients to internal delivery teams.
  • Track industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed lead status, follow-ups, and client data in CRM tools.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, webinars, campaigns, and networking events.
  • Promote Nexossoft’s services across social platforms to build brand presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a BDE or Sales Executive in IT services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Familiarity with IT services such as Website/Mobile App Development, ERP Solutions, and Digital Marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work under deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM tools is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
