Flexora Studio is a fast-growing marketing and social media consultancy dedicated to driving measurable results for our clients. We partner with businesses and entrepreneurs,ranging from hotels to e-commerce brands, to design and execute high-impact digital campaigns. As we expand, we’re looking for a motivated Business Development and Operations Executive to join our founding team and help shape our future. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Acquisition Identify and target new prospects through market research, networking, and outbound outreach. Generate leads via phone calls, email campaigns, and social media engagement. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close profitable deals. Client Communication & Lead Management Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and excellent telephone etiquette. Contact leads generated from client ad campaigns to qualify and convert them. Educate prospects on Flexora Studio’s services and relay client offerings to their potential customers. Provide timely support and follow-up to address client inquiries and resolve issues. Operations & Coordination Schedule, organize, and coordinate virtual meetings between clients and internal teams. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, meeting minutes, and project documentation. Oversee daily operational processes to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor key performance metrics (new clients, lead conversion, client satisfaction) and report progress. Cross-Functional Collaboration Liaise with creative, strategy, and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met. Act as a bridge between founders, internal stakeholders, and external clients. Assist in project handoffs and ensure on-time delivery of marketing campaigns. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong telephone etiquette. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and social media platforms. Self-motivated, results-driven, and a collaborative team player.
