Job Description

KPIs for Business Development Executive (BDE) 1. Lead Generation and Conversion - *Objective:* Generate high-quality leads and convert them into clients. - *Measurement:* Track metrics such as number of leads generated, conversion rate, and sales pipeline growth. 2. New Business Acquisition - *Objective:* Acquire new clients and expand the company's customer base. - *Measurement:* Track metrics such as number of new clients acquired, revenue growth from new clients, and client retention rate. 3. Relationship Building and Networking - *Objective:* Build strong relationships with existing clients and network with potential clients. - *Measurement:* Track metrics such as client satisfaction ratings, number of referrals, and networking event attendance. Key Tasks of Business Development Executive (BDE) 1. Prospecting and Lead Generation - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. 2. Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. 3. Market Research and Analysis - Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities. 4. Pitching and Presenting - Develop and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients to showcase the company's services and solutions. 5. Networking and Event Attendance - Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to build relationships and identify new business opportunities. 6. Sales Strategy Development - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business development goals and targets. 7. Collaboration with Internal Teams - Work closely with internal teams, such as creative and project teams, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. 8. Client Needs Assessment - Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions. 9. Proposal Development - Develop and submit proposals to potential clients to showcase the company's services and solutions. 10. Performance Tracking and Reporting- Track and report on business development performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, and sales growth.
