Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Executive to manage talent acquisition for internal and client needs, enhance employer branding, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and supporting HR operations and compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Source, screen, and recruit candidates for internal and client roles. 2. Build strong client relationships and understand their hiring needs. 3. Draft job descriptions and manage the interview process. 4. Lead onboarding and training programs for new hires. 5. Support employer branding via social media and internal initiatives. 6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. 7. Track and report on key HR metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire). 8. Support performance management processes for internal staff. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 1. Time-to-hire and cost-per-hire 2. Employee retention rate 3. Client satisfaction and repeat business 4. Employer branding metrics (social media engagement, advocacy) Note: In periods when there are no active hiring requirements, you will be expected to assist with other office tasks and general administrative support as needed. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: HR sourcing: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
