Job Description

KPIs for Business Development Executive (BDE)

  • Lead Generation & Conversion – Identify, approach, and convert potential clients into long-term business partners.
  • New Business Acquisition – Acquire new clients through field visits, networking, and pitching.
  • Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Pitching & Presentations – Deliver engaging pitches and presentations to showcase our services.
  • Market Research – Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Proposal & Strategy Development – Prepare proposals and contribute to sales strategy for business growth.
  • Field & Office Work – Balance client meetings, field visits, and office-based tasks for effective execution.
  • Performance Tracking – Report regularly on leads, conversions, and overall sales growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
