🔅 Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in APIs, intermediates, and specialty chemicals.🔅Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with pharma companies, distributors, and channel partners.🔅 Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.🔅 Product Promotion: Coordinate with R&D and production teams to promote new products and ensure timely delivery.🔅 Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.🔅 International Business: Handle export sales cycles, including lead generation, negotiations, and order closures.🔅Documentation: Manage commercial documents, logistics coordination, and quality control processes.*Skills*🔅 Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and chemical industry dynamics🔅Excellent communication and negotiation skills🔅 Strategic planning and CRM proficiency🔅Ability to work across time zones and travel internationally🔅Fluency in English (additional languages like Spanish are a plus)
