We are seeking a Fresher or 1-2 years experience candidate to work with our engineering solar team on solar projects. Must be a self-starter, with strong team management, design, QC, and development experience. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with PV solar design. For more information please visit: https://acscadservices.com/solar-drafting/ Responsibilities and Duties Generation of PV system designs using CAD tools to show Site layouts, Roof Layouts, Structural Cross Sections, Electrical One and Three-line diagrams, and component installation details. Create a solar design for Residential and Commercial projects. Understand and utilize BOS components. Assist in developing and improving design tools. Manage the team and apply QC checks on completed work. Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications Strong working knowledge of 2D CAD and basic electrical fundamentals. Drafting, QC, and Team Management Experience. Strong knowledge of photovoltaic system design and optimizing system components for energy production. Skills and Talent Fresher or 1 years of Design experience. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree conferred in Electrical and Mechanical engineering Good working knowledge of MS Office programs, specifically Word and Excel. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have the ability to manage a team and to do Quality Control for the drawings. International experience or exposure will be a plus! Gather contact details and decision-makers for outreach. 2. Cold Outreach & Follow-ups Reach out via phone, email, or LinkedIn to introduce ALOR’s services. Set up appointments or introductory calls for senior sales/technical team. Maintain and nurture early-stage leads until ready for handoff. 3. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with internal teams to understand technical capabilities and success stories. Support proposal creation and basic responses to client queries. 4. Reporting & CRM Maintain structured lead records in Excel/CRM.
