Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
  • Initiate conversations via calls, emails or in-person visits
  • Organize and lead client meetings and presentations (primarily at schools)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Pitch services, negotiate rates and close deals
  • Create and send proposals, quotes and invoices
  • Follow up diligently to ensure deal closure
  • Support marketing efforts and attend events/conferences
  • Handle client queries and communicate updates

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Own 2-wheeler (travel allowance provided)
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 6 months - 1 year of sales/marketing experience (B2B preferred)
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented and self-driven
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Eager to learn, adapt and take initiative
  • Passionate about exceptional customer service

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kengeri, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
