Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales & Account Development

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with Bytepaper’s growth goals and target verticals.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Lead high-impact product presentations and solution demos tailored to client use cases.

Customer-Centric Solutioning

  • Understand customer pain points, workflows, and industry dynamics to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.
  • Guide clients on how to use Bytepaper to streamline engagement, automate workflows, and increase revenue.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing to conceptualize and launch targeted outreach campaigns and thought leadership content.
  • Share client feedback and insights with the product and engineering teams to enhance the Bytepaper platform.

Sales Execution & Revenue Ownership

  • Manage full sales cycles—from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure—with a consultative approach.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and retention targets.

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in CRM.
  • Provide regular pipeline updates, performance reports, and revenue forecasts to senior leadership.

Brand Representation & Industry Engagement

  • Represent Bytepaper at relevant events, conferences, and forums to build visibility and partnerships.
  • Act as a brand ambassador who upholds Bytepaper’s mission, values, and customer-first approach.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1-2 Years Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in IT or SaaS .
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and market research strategies.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
