Key Responsibilities: - Achieve sales & collection targets in the assigned territory. - Understand customers" requirements and provide solutions for NDT Products, enhancing performance & process efficacy. - Conduct product demonstrations for customers in various industry verticals such as Automotive, Aviation, General Engineering, Forging, Casting & foundries, and Heavy Fabrication to showcase the value of ZChem Products. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze industry trends for growth strategies. - Identify potential clients and partners, initiate contact, and build strong business relationships to drive revenue growth. - Prepare presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure new business and client relationships. - Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective business development strategies. - Manage business development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. - Analyze sales and market data to generate insights for improving business development efforts and achieving targets. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to support and execute business strategies. - Participate in client meetings and industry events to understand client needs and foster partnerships. - Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities to senior management. - Stay updated with industry best practices, trends, and competitive landscape to contribute innovative ideas to the business development process.
