About the Role:

Sales & Business Development professional

industrial B2B sales

You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across key industrial segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, client visits, and market research.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical and commercial solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits.
  • Manage and track sales pipelines to meet and exceed targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Engineering

    or

    Business Administration

  • Minimum

    1 year of experience

    in B2B industrial or capital equipment sales (Crane/Material Handling preferred).
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong

    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with

    CRM tools

    MS Office

    applications.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
