Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer based in Pune. The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, developing and optimizing production processes, ensuring quality control, and managing production schedules. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring production machinery, resolving technical issues, coordinating with different departments, and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The role also involves continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.

• Experience in quality control and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Skills in resolving technical issues and coordinating with multiple departments
• Knowledge of production machinery and equipment maintenance
• Ability to develop and optimize production processes for efficiency and quality
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the construction equipment or manufacturing industry is a plus
