We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at BWE Job Purpose: Manage the contracts in order to meet financial and operational goals and ensure compliance with quality & safety objectives. Represents the company before the client and give support to site manager, seeking for customer and employee satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: Profitability: Report the project’s financial and profitability results to the Business Manager. Manage resources, subcontracts, and the direct team (Site Managers) to plan operational capacity for project execution. Follow up on the project schedule and milestones. Quality: Manage project execution in accordance with Berkes Group’ quality policies, procedures, and regulations, avoiding additional after-sales costs. Safety: Manage the project execution according with Berkes Group accident prevention and safety policies, procedures and practices. Client satisfaction: Manage customers requests. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders (customers, employees, community, government, others) while representing the company. People & Team Performance and Development: Manage people and team performance and development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager. Strong knowledge of project management . Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
