Business Development & Client Acquisition Executive/Manager Recruitment Services

Location:

(Delhi NCR | Bengaluru | Chandigarh)

Experience or domain background is no limitation what matters is your ability to confidently engage with key decision-makers (HR Heads, CXOs, Founders), understand their talent acquisition challenges, and persuade them to retain The Search House as their trusted partner for finding the right people to help grow their business.

About the Role

Are you a self-driven communicator with a flair for connecting with people and building relationships? Join The Search House and play a key part in expanding our client base, pitching recruitment services to companies across growing manufacturing and service industries, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research prospective hiring companies through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, references, and personal networks.
  • Engage with key decision-makers (HR Heads, CXOs, Founders) to identify their recruitment requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions.
  • Maintain and update client databases, track activities, and ensure timely follow-ups through CRM or Excel trackers.
  • Prepare customized proposals, pitch service offerings, and negotiate terms for client onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates as per client expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for repeat business and expansion into new service areas.
  • Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and contribute insights for continuous process improvement.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely payment follow-ups.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • Experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development preferred-

    HR Professionals/Hiring Managers with good industry contacts welcome !

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills spoken and written.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience in recruitment, HR services, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
