Vikgol, a fast-growing tech staffing and project solutions company trusted by 200+ leading businesses, is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our sales team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a graduate eager to launch their career in tech sales.

As a Business Development Associate, you will be at the forefront of our growth, generating new leads and building a strong sales pipeline. You will receive hands-on training and have a clear path for career advancement in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients (startups, SMEs, enterprises) using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to generate qualified leads.
  • Sales Support: Schedule discovery calls for senior team members and assist in preparing sales proposals.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate lead information in our CRM system (Zoho/HubSpot) and follow up on leads diligently.
  • Market Intelligence: Track industry trends and provide feedback to help shape sales strategy.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • Graduate degree in any stream.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of the IT services/tech industry.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with cold outreach.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Prior experience in IT services sales or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho or HubSpot.
  • Understanding of software development terminologies.

Performance Metrics & Growth:

  • Weekly Goals: Generate 15+ qualified leads and schedule 8+ meetings.
  • Career Path: Clear progression to Senior BDA → Account Manager → Team Lead.
  • Compensation: Includes a fixed monthly salary and performance-based incentives (5-10% of the first deal value from your leads).
