Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Bengaluru South. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and managing sales pipelines. The individual will also work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns and will be required to deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and build relationships with clients
• Knowledge in sales and marketing, including strategy development and campaign management
• Experience in managing sales pipelines and client relationships
• Analytical and research skills to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
