Business Development Associates (BDAs)

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential customers (students/parents/professionals) via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Understand customer needs and recommend the right product or course solutions.
Conduct detailed
product demos
and
sales presentations
online.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly
sales and revenue targets

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
Work closely with the
marketing
and
operations
teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

Required Skills & Competencies:
