Business Development Associates

Responsibilities:

• Call and message prospects using the

  data provided

  .
• Generate interest, build rapport, and push for site visits.
• Provide

  daily updates

  of calls, follow-ups, and leads.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  1.5 years of telesales/real estate/insurance/banking experience.

• Strong communication skills in

  Hindi & English.

• Confident in pitching

  high-ticket products

  to HNIs/NRIs.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and consistent.
• Can work from

  anywhere in India

  (projects are in Rohini, Delhi).

• Past cold call recordings are mandatory

  for consideration.

Compensation:

• First Closing:

  Immediate commission of

  ₹1,00,000.

• After First Closing:

  ₹15,000/month base salary +

  ₹1,00,000 commission per deal (no cap).

• Realistic earnings:

  ₹1–3 lakhs/month

  with consistent performance.
• Growth path into

  Senior Associate / Luxury Wealth Advisory

  roles.
