Business Development Associate

Role Overview:

We’re looking for dynamic, passionate, and result-driven Business Development Associates (BDA) to join our sales team. As a BDA, you will help prospective learners understand the value of our programs and convert them into successful enrollments through strategic outreach and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and develop a deep understanding of Skillovilla’s product offerings, value propositions, and the target customer base.

• Identify, engage, and qualify prospective students from inbound and outbound leads.

• Understand each customer's career aspirations, needs, and challenges to effectively match them with the right program.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents by acting as a trusted career advisor.

• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, feedback, and sales activity in the CRM system.

• Execute sales strategies and campaigns to generate interest and drive enrollment conversions.

• Conduct product demos, counselling sessions, and presentations to educate prospects about program benefits.

• Collaborate with internal teams for scheduling, lead management, and process adherence.

• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets.

• Work closely with team leaders and mentors to improve sales skills and performance through ongoing training and feedback.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Graduation is mandatory)

• 0–1 years of experience in B2C Sales / Edtech / Inside Sales / Counselling

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

• High ownership and performance-driven mindset

• Willingness to work 6 days a week (weekends included)

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment
