Role Overview

The Business Development Associate will support the sales and client success functions by coordinating meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, and managing lead progression through the CRM. This role bridges communication between clients, the internal sales team, and project departments to ensure efficiency throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with new and existing clients to schedule meetings and follow-ups with internal sales leads.
  • Prepare, edit, and polish pitch decks, quotes, and client presentations for ongoing opportunities.
  • Regularly update client data, leads, and deal stages in the CRM to maintain accurate sales tracking.
  • Support documentation workflows including MOMs, quotation records, and proposal summaries.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, estimators, and project managers to maintain visibility into client requirements and handovers.
  • Assist in drafting briefs, sales reports, and client correspondence to streamline the business development process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Familiarity with any CRM platform (Zoho, LeadSquared, Kylas, or similar).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (especially PowerPoint, Sheets, and Docs).
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Prior experience in an interior design, architecture, or project-based environment will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
