Job Description

Job Role:

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, building long-term client relationships, and expanding our presence in the corporate gifting sector. This role demands a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a knack for understanding client needs and aligning them with our unique offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in the corporate gifting segment.
  • Pitch and present customized gifting solutions to HRs, Admins, Procurement Heads, and Marketing Teams.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing excellent service and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the design and sourcing team to deliver tailored gifting options based on client requirements and budgets.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
  • Track market trends and competitor offerings to keep our solutions competitive and innovative.
  • Attend corporate events, exhibitions, and networking meets to generate leads and brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Freshers or 2+ years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or corporate gifting.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and sell creative solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Experience in CRM tools and reporting.
